Dr. Eric Sorenson is a Board Certified Dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon. He specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, skin cancer screening, and medical dermatology.
Dr. Sorenson graduated from Harvard University with a major in Biology. He attended the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, where he was elected to the AOA medical honor society and graduated with Highest Distinction. He performed an internship in Medicine at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, CA and a residency in Dermatology at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Sorenson then completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. His fellowship training included advanced Mohs micrographic surgery, including the treatment of melanoma with MART-1 immunostaining and advanced facial reconstruction.
